New Delhi. With the aim of taking Bharatiya Janata Party to 370 seats and NDA beyond 400 in the Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is holding rapid election rallies and road shows. In this series, PM Modi will address election rallies in Nawada in Bihar and Jalpaiguri in West Bengal today. Along with this, he will start BJP’s campaign for Lok Sabha elections in Madhya Pradesh with a road show in Jabalpur.
This will be Prime Minister Modi’s second visit to Bihar within 72 hours. According to BJP leaders, PM Modi will address an election rally in Nawada on Sunday and will seek votes in favor of BJP candidate Vivek Thakur. It is said that the Prime Minister will first land at Gaya airport and from there will go to Nawada by helicopter. He will address a public meeting at Kunti Nagar ground here, in which many big leaders of NDA will participate.
Amit Shah will visit Aurangabad on April 9
Here, now Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who is called ‘Chanakya’ of BJP, is also going to participate in the election campaign of Bihar. It is being told that Shah is going to address a public meeting on April 9 in Guraru Bazaar of Gaya district under Aurangabad Lok Sabha constituency. Meanwhile, now Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is also going to campaign.

Actually, in the first phase of Lok Sabha elections in Bihar, voting is to be held in Gaya, Jamui, Aurangabad and Nawada. Here, Grand Alliance’s star campaigner RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has also become active in the election campaign. Tejashwi addressed a public meeting in Jamui on Saturday and on Sunday he will address an election meeting in Bagaha, West Champaran. Vikassheel Insaan Party chief Mukesh Sahni will also be accompanying him.
PM Modi will do road show in Jabalpur
After this, PM Modi will reach Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday afternoon and will lead the road show. BJP city unit president Prabhat Sahu said that the road show on the 1.2 km long route will start from Shaheed Bhagat Singh intersection on Sunday evening and end at Adi Shankaracharya intersection in Gorakhpur area of Jabalpur.

According to another party leader, tribal artists will present their dance during the Prime Minister’s road show. He told that when the Prime Minister passes through Gorakhpur market area, special arrangements have been made to shower flowers on him. Balaghat, Jabalpur and Chhindwara parliamentary constituencies are in the Mahakaushal region (south-east) of Madhya Pradesh, where the number of tribal voters is significant. Voting will take place here on April 19.
In Balaghat, a triangular contest is expected between BJP candidate Bharti, Congress candidate Samrat Saraswat and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) candidate Kankar Munjare. In Jabalpur, there is a contest between BJP candidate Ashish Dubey and Congress candidate Dinesh Yadav. At the same time, BJP is trying its best to capture Chhindwara seat, which is said to be the stronghold of veteran Congress leader Kamal Nath, in this election. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, this was the only seat out of 29 seats in Madhya Pradesh that Congress won.
After this, Prime Minister Modi will also address a public meeting in West Jalpaiguri on Sunday evening. Earlier on Thursday, PM Modi had addressed a rally in Cooch Vihar, West Bengal and targeted the Mamata government. In such a situation, it is believed that in the Jalpaiguri rally, PM Modi can target the Mamata Banerjee government regarding the recent developments in Bengal.
