New Delhi. The country’s oldest party Congress is going through the worst time of politics since last few years. There are many reasons behind this, but the party not getting the leadership of any strong face is making this party weak day by day. The opposition also sometimes accuses the Congress of familyism, which in many ways also shows the plight of the Congress. In the last several days, once again there is a period of upheaval in the top leadership in the Congress. At present, the political market is hot due to the discussions of Congress and Prashant Kishor. Earlier there were speculations that Prashant Kishor might join the Congress party. For this, he had also met the interim president of the party, Sonia Gandhi, but his conditions were rejected by the Congress. Now speculations are being made about Prashant Kishor that he can form his new party, but Prashant Kishor has put an end to these speculations by holding a press conference.
Highlights of Prashant Kishor
Prashant Kishor has put an end to many speculations by holding a press-conference today i.e. on Thursday. He said in his media address that he is not going to form any new party right now. Right now his focus is to meet people associated with the social and political life of Bihar. Along with this, Prashant Kishor said that in Bihar he has identified 15 to 18 thousand people who are associated with social and political life. In the coming days, he will go door-to-door meeting these people and will try to connect them all together.
Along with discussing his plans, Prashant Kishor also took a dig at the veteran leaders of two old parties of Bihar, Lalu Prasad Yadav and Nitish Kumar. Accusing these two leaders, he said that even after 30 years of Lalu and Nitish rule, Bihar is the poorest and backward state of the country. Even today, on many parameters of development, Bihar is running at its lowest level. If Bihar wants to come in the list of leading states in the coming time, then new thinking and new efforts are needed for this.
