ACC Q4 Result : The net profit of Adani Group’s cement manufacturing company ACC increased four times to Rs 945 crore in the fourth quarter of the last financial year (January-March, 2024). The company’s profit has increased mainly due to increase in sales. The company’s net profit in the January-March 2024 quarter was Rs 236 crore. ACC Ltd said in a stock exchange filing on Thursday that its operating income rose to Rs 5,409 crore in the March quarter from Rs 4,791 crore in the March 2023 quarter.
Dividend recommendation of Rs 7.5 per share
Ajay Kapoor, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ACC Limited, said, “The trust of our customers and our commitment to building a sustainable future with investments in efficiency improvements, green energy etc. has driven our success and we are already have also emerged stronger.” Ambuja Cement unit ACC said its board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 7.5 per share. ACC said the outlook for the cement industry remains positive based on higher budgetary allocation for infrastructure and construction and government’s push for affordable housing as well as green energy transition etc.

Shares of ACC Limited closed at Rs 2579.70 with a gain of 0.85 per cent or Rs 21.70 on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Thursday. The 52 week high of this share is Rs 2759.59. Whereas, 52 week low is Rs 1704.20. On Thursday, the company’s market cap closed at Rs 48,443.48 crore on BSE.
