Some exclusive photographs accessed by India Today show communication towers as well as permanent positions of PLA troops at Amo Chu. According to reports, around 1000 permanent military sheds as well as several temporary ones have been built in recent months to house thousands of PLA soldiers. Bhutanese PM’s statement in support of China
A few days ago Bhutan’s Prime Minister Lotay Tshering made a statement in support of China which was worrying for India. He had said that no Chinese village exists inside Bhutan’s territory. He said that China also has an equal stake in resolving the Doklam dispute. After this statement, Bhutan’s King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck came on a tour of India. He had met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the two discussed issues of national interest and bilateral ties.
