Let us tell you that earlier a controversy had started over the hoisting of Islamic flag in Jodhpur, the home district of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. A day before Eid, on Monday midnight, two communities in Jodhpur had a violent clash over the issue of hoisting the flag. There was heavy stone pelting from both sides. The police had to lathi-charge to handle the situation.
