Ambedkar Nagar Hospital will also be operational with 200 beds for COVID patients and Indira Gandhi Hospital with 1,241 beds next year. Renovation work of fifteen existing hospitals is in progress. There is a proposal for four new hospitals. Once the new hospitals are built, the capacity of 16,000 beds will be increased.
