In the midst of Ramzan in many states of the country, the dispute over loudspeakers in mosques is increasing. After Maharashtra, Karnataka, politics is now seen heating up in Bihar on this issue. Referring to a minister’s statement on the recent controversy, when Upendra Kushwaha was questioned, the JD(U) parliamentary board chairman said, “If we go to the village, we can’t sleep, from 4 o’clock the loudspeaker starts playing in the temple. “
Upendra Kushwaha was asked that the Minister for Mines and Geology, Janak Ram has demanded a ban on loudspeakers playing in the mosque. To this, Kushwaha said, “Thinking what the minister has given this statement, let him know, but it is not that only mosques come under its purview, but such a situation also comes in the case of temples.”
Kushwaha further said, “Sometimes, at one and a half or two in the night, after returning home and going to sleep, the loudspeaker starts playing.” He said that wherever the loud noise comes from, it should be considered to stop it. Kushwaha said that it is not about the temple-mosque. Attention should be paid to the fact that this sound should not occur especially during sleep ie at night or early in the morning.
At the same time, the President of JDU Parliamentary Board got angry on a statement of BJP State President Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal. Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal had said about Upendra Kushwaha that he should tell whether he himself will remain in JDU till 2025 or not? Because 5 years they do not live in a party. On this, Upendra Kushwaha said that who is he to ask these questions. Kushwaha said that such a question can be asked by the public or by his party chief Nitish Kumar.
Amid Ramzan, the controversy over loudspeakers continues. Responding to the ongoing controversy over loudspeakers, SP MP Shafiqur Rahman Burke said that Azaan lasts only 3-4 minutes and Akhand Ramayana goes on for several hours. He had said that if people are raising questions on the 3-4 minute Ajan, then why don’t they speak on Akhand Ramayana.
