Due to having more than two children in one state of India, the difficulties of more than one thousand government teachers and employees have increased. A show cause notice has been sent to these government employees in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh for having more than two children. Vidisha’s DEO AK Modgil gave this information.
Talking to news agency ANI, AK Modgil said, “Show cause notice has been sent to government employees having more than two children in Bhopal. Many people have replied that this rule was not mentioned in the appointment letter.
“In 2000, the Madhya Pradesh government had issued a circular that if a worker has a third child after January 26, 2001, he will not be eligible for the job,” he said. The education department official said that the administration had not informed those employees about these rules.
AK Modgil further said, “A circular issued by the Government of Madhya Pradesh in the year 2000 had directed that if a Government servant has a third child after January 26, 2001, he shall become ineligible for the Government job for which he is employed. But they are stationed. It has been mentioned in all appointment letters after January 26, 2001.”
In the assembly, the MLA had asked for an account of the action
He told that recently an MLA had sought information in the Vidhan Sabha against which employees action was taken under this rule. AK Modgil said, “We started collecting information and according to this, there are about 1000 teachers and employees who have three or more children.” Show cause notices have been sent to these 1000 teachers and government employees. Responding to this, a government teacher said that they were scared. However, he says that action should be taken against those whose appointment letter mentioned this rule.
