Bhopal, Nov 4 (IANS) | The Corona epidemic had untimely made thousands of people their victims. The shadow of many children was removed from their heads. To improve the lives of such children, the state government has implemented Mukhyamantri Kovid Bal Seva Yojana. Along with the children of this scheme, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and his wife Sadhna Singh celebrated Diwali, the festival of lights, at their residence. Chief Minister Chouhan had organized a special Diwali celebration at his residence. Children who lost their parents in Corona became guests in this event. The Chief Minister and his wife celebrated Diwali with these children and had a meal with them.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Chouhan has said that today Diwali was celebrated at the Chief Minister’s residence with the children whose parents have lost their lives untimely due to Corona. Chief Minister Kovid Bal Seva Yojana has been implemented for such children. In the scheme, there is a provision of free ration and financial assistance along with the arrangement of free education for the beneficiary children.
Chief Minister Chouhan had an intimate dialogue with many children and said that Rs 5000 per month was arranged for you as a protection fund. There will be no obstacle in your studies. Chief MinisterChouhan also narrated three inspiring stories to the children who lost their parents in Corona. These include the stories of the disciple Arjuna while receiving education from Guru Dronacharya, the conversation of mother and child with Mahatma Gandhi and Yudhishthira’s implementation of the teachings received from the Guru.
The children of the beneficiaries of Mukhyamantri Kovid Bal Seva Yojna celebrated the festival of lamps by lighting lamps and candles along with Chief Minister Chouhan and Sadhna Singh at the Chief Minister’s residence.
