A big mess has come to the fore in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The five people whose names were applied to get the help given to the people who died of Corona were actually alive. There was a stir after this matter came to the notice of the DM.
The administration has ordered CMO Kanpur to investigate the matter and take strict action against the culprits. In the CMO, answers have been called from all the three guilty hospitals. However, so far only 1 hospital has sent its reply. He has again instructed the remaining two hospitals and said that strict action will be taken if they do not get the answer till 22.
According to the news of India Today, GSVM Medical College showed 3 such people dead who are alive. The remaining two hospitals are named Narayan Medical College and MKCH Hospital. GSVM Medical College says that there was a mistake in preparing the list of discharge patients. Where the discharge was to be written, there was a dead type by mistake.
Actually this flaw came to the fore when the DM sent a list of CMOs to the Revenue Department for cross-checking. I was shocked to see the list there. After this, DM Neha Sharma called for a reply from CMO Nepal Singh. CMO’s hands and feet swelled and immediately he got the matter investigated from his level.
It was found in the report that the objection of the DM was correct. The three hospitals sent the names of five such people who are still alive. The CMO says that strict action will be taken against the three hospitals. At present, it is not known what was the response of the other two hospitals. His deadline ends today. Keep in mind that the UP government gives an amount of 50 thousand rupees to the families of those who died of corona.
