BJP’s firebrand leader and former Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi may be the PM of the country today, but a part of his childhood has been spent from making tea to selling at Vadnagar railway station in Gujarat. Once, the then RSS chief Balasaheb Deoras had ordered tea from him and asked how educated he was. Not only this, Devras had also offered Modi to study with him then.
Narayan alias Bhulai Bhai, who was an MLA from Nauranya of Kushinagar in Uttar Pradesh, narrated this whole story. It is believed that he will participate in the proposed swearing-in ceremony of Yogi Adityanath on Friday (March 25, 2022). When asked by a Hindi media channel that you have been called for Yogi’s swearing-in? He said – The invitation has not come yet, but I will go there. There will be a plan on how to go and what to do there.
Bhulai Bhai pointed out the difference between earlier and today’s politics and said, “Then leaders were for the service of the public, but now they are there for the fruits. There is a difference between the two.” On being asked from time to time on the phone by the PM, he said – I feel proud that he calls and remembers.
The shopkeeper who gave tea to the PM said – after meeting him, he is not thinking of talking to anyone, said this about the money for tea
Sharing an old anecdote with the journalist, he said – Earlier in Gujarat, Balasaheb Deoras was the Sangh Sarchalak of our Sangh, the post on which Mohan Bhagwat is today. He respected us a lot. When we went to Gujarat, we also called. There he felt like drinking Modi ji’s tea. Modi then used to make tea at the station there. When the car used to come, he used to go to the people giving it in the ax while making the sound of “chai-chai”.
Bhulai Bhai said, “Bala Saheb Deoras drank tea and asked from where it was brought. Was told that there is a boy and he sells. After this Balasaheb called Modi with tea. Asked how educated are you? Got the answer – still not very educated.
Bhulai Bhai, one of the oldest BJP workers, further told that the then Sarsanghchalak offered Modi to go to Nagpur (Maharashtra) and study together. According to him, “Deoras told Modi to come with us. Narendra Bhai asked why, what to do there? Answer: You come to ask my mother. He went to his mother and started telling the whole thing. However, at once upon the offer of studies, the mother agreed and said that go early.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi goes today, he definitely takes the blessings of his mother. Let us tell you that Bhulai Bhai is one of the oldest workers of the saffron party. He has been with the party since the time of Jana Sangh. Many senior leaders in the party consider him a lot. This can be gauged from the fact that on many occasions Home Minister Amit Shah has also taken blessings by touching his feet.
