Yogi Adityanath Oath Taking Ceremony: Yogi Adityanath took oath as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh amid a grand ceremony at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow. Yogi Adityanath has made many records by reaching the CM’s chair for the second time after completing his tenure of five years. Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak will be the Deputy Chief Ministers in Yogi 2.0. After much brainstorming, an agreement was reached on the name of Brajesh Pathak. Dinesh Sharma was made Deputy CM along with Keshav Prasad Maurya in the first term of Yogi Adityanath government. Many big faces who were ministers in the first term of the Yogi government have failed to get a place in this cabinet.
There was doubt about the names for a long time and it was not decided who would get a place in the cabinet and who would be discharged from the cabinet. The biggest change in Yogi Sarkar 2.0 was seen regarding the chair of Deputy CM, where Law Minister Brajesh Pathak has been made Deputy CM in the first term.
Cabinet Minister and Spokesperson Siddharth Nath Singh, Jal Shakti Minister Dr. Mahendra Singh, Industrial Development Minister Satish Mahana, Energy Minister Shrikant Sharma, Ashutosh Tandon and Mohsin Raza are the prominent names who have not found a place in the Yogi cabinet. BJP Minority Morcha General Secretary Danish Azad has got a place in the cabinet, thus Mohsin Raza has been discharged from the Yogi cabinet.
Apart from this, the names of Pankaj Singh, who won from Noida with a big margin and Sunil Sharma, who won from Sahibabad with a record margin, were also discussed but they could not find a place in the cabinet. At the same time, Aditi Singh, who came after winning from Rae Bareli Sadar after leaving Congress and joining BJP, has also not got a place in the cabinet.
