In this episode, Shaligram stones are being brought from Nepal to Ayodhya, preparations have been made to welcome them in Ayodhya. All the devotees are waiting with open arms to welcome the rocks. On February 2, two big Shaligram rocks are going to come to Ayodhya. The stones have been dispatched from Nepal and are now waiting for UP to come to Ayodhya.
Both the rocks are very old
These two big rocks have been brought from the Gandaki river of Nepal, which took a long time to find. Experts say that it took a lot of effort to find such big Shaligram rocks. Now the idol of Lord Ram and Mother Sita will be made from the same stones. It is being claimed that these rocks are 60 million years old and the weight of both the rocks is 40 tonnes. The first stone weighs 26 tonnes and the second one weighs 14 tonnes. From this rock, the work of making an idol of Lord Rama as a child of Adam’s height will be done. It is also being said that former PM of Nepal Kamalendra Nidhi can also come to Ayodhya with the rocks.
There will be a wonderful welcome in Janakpuri too
However, where the idol made from these huge stones will be installed in the Ram Lalla temple, it has not been decided yet. Apart from this, preparations have also started to welcome the rocks. Before reaching Ayodhya, there will be 5 kosi parikrama of the rocks in Janakpuri. Which will be headed by Mahant Saint Shriramtpeshwardas Maharaj, only after which the stones will be sent to Ayodhya.

The Gandaki river is of great importance in India, it is called Shaligram river in Nepal and the river is known as Narayani as soon as it enters India. The specialty of this river is that the stones found inside it are black, which are worshiped as Shaligram, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu.
