On Tuesday, the second trading day of the week, the stock market opened on the red mark and after a day’s trading, finally closed with a fall. Significantly, this is the third consecutive day of decline in the stock market. The 30-share Sensex of the Bombay Stock Exchange lost 568 points to end at 55,107, while the Nifty of the National Stock Exchange slipped 153 points to close at 16,416.
Let us inform that on Tuesday morning, the Sensex index slipped 570 points, while the Nifty index opened below 16,500. At the same time, after the trading of the day on Monday, both the indices of the stock market finally closed with a fall in the last trading session. While the BSE Sensex slipped 94 points to close at 55,675, while the NSE Nifty lost 15 points to close at 16,569.
