Now this committee has sought some more time from the top court of the Supreme Court. After this, the Supreme Court has extended the tenure of the technical committee by four weeks. In this regard, the court said that the supervising judge will study the report of the technical committee and give his opinion by the end of June. Pegasus case was heard in the bench of Chief Justice NV Ramana, Justice Surya Kant and Justice Hima Kohli. When the hearing was held, the CJI said – The committee has examined many technical issues. During this, 29 instruments and some witnesses have been asked to be examined and interrogated.
