Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly and former Deputy Chief Minister of the state Tejashwi Yadav on Friday took a dig at Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and said that instead of worrying about fulfilling your wish, do the wishes of the people first. In this sequence, Tejashwi said about the law and order situation in the state that today in Bihar there is an incident of rape every four hours and murder every five hours.
Talking to reporters in Patna while out on campaign for the Bihar Legislative Council elections, Tejashwi said that in Bihar, when the Chief Minister is not safe in his house, it is useless to talk about other people.
He said that incidents of crime are happening all over the state. He said that in Bihar, rape takes place every four hours and murder every five hours in the state.
Here, when asked about the Chief Minister’s desire not to become a Rajya Sabha member, the RJD leader taunted that he should fulfill the wishes of the people in future. People have to fulfill their own wish. He said that this is not an issue, what to do with it, further fulfill the wishes of the people.
He said that the people’s representatives have not got respect and respect in the present government in Bihar. He said that in the present situation, the Speaker of the Assembly is not getting respect.
Voting will be held on April 4 for the local body elections in 24 seats of the Bihar Legislative Council, while the counting of votes will be held on April 7.
