Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled the statue of Ramanujacharya, a symbol of Statue of Equality, in Shamshabad, Telangana on Saturday. When PM Modi reached Telangana, the Chief Minister of the state Chandrashekhar Rao did not reach to welcome him. Many big veteran leaders including the Congress party also criticized it. Now the working president of TRS and the Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) on this matter has called PM Modi a ‘symbol of partiality’.
Telangana minister KTR tweeted on Sunday, “The symbol of partisanship unveiled #StatueOfEquality and ironically killing a billion people.”
Let us inform that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had unveiled the Statue of Equality in Hyderabad on Saturday. The statue was also criticized by the supporters of Telangana’s ruling party TRS for the step-motherly treatment of Telangana.
KCR also did not reach the airport to welcome PM Modi. This is being seen by linking it to strengthening KCR’s anti-Modi credentials. KCR also did not attend the unveiling ceremony of Ramanujacharya’s statue. He attended other programs. During this, KCR blamed PM Modi and the central government for being biased not only for Telangana, but also with the people and farmers across the country.
