Javra (Naiduniya News). There are currently about 30 tenants in the rooms built on the land of the big temple of Charbhuja Nath in the city. The temple is government. Many families have been residing in the rooms of the temple for many years. Whose rent is nominal. Some tenants are not even depositing the rent amount on time. A complaint was received by SDM Himanshu Prajapati regarding these, in which it has been feared that some tenants have left here and they have sold the rooms of the temple. At the same time, most of the tenants of the rooms of the temple have also made pucca encroachment. On this, the SDM complained to Tehsildar Mrigendra Sisodia. He gave directions for investigation. The Tehsildar is also the secretary of the temple committee. Tehsildar Sisodia issued information letters to 30 tenants. As soon as it was released, there was a stir among the tenants. When many tenants came to the Tehsildar office to deposit the rent, the administration, while asking for documents, refused to take the rent fixed at the old rate. On the basis of the information letter, the administration has summoned documents from all the tenants. With rent receipt and deposit receipt, you have the right to stay in the rooms of the temple that you have sought information. After the documents are received, the verification will be done. After this, the administration will fix the rent afresh. After getting their clarification to the tenants of the temple house, the administration will make fresh allotment by fixing the rent from the current guideline.
Behind the Government Bade Mandir, there is more than two bighas of land in the name of the temple. which is being cultivated. Cultivated land is auctioned every year and given on lease. At present, more than two bighas of agricultural land has been given on lease for Rs 44 thousand. The temple has been constructed in two thousand square feet. At the same time, there are rooms in five thousand square feet in the land named after the temple. in which the heirs of the tenants reside. If the tenants who are currently living on the land of the government temple, build new houses and allot them to the old tenants according to the rules, then the income of the temple can increase. On the other hand, if the complex is built on the open land of the temple, there can be a good increase in the income of the temple.
will take action
The tenants who have encroached upon the land of the government big temple. Notices have been issued to them. If they voluntarily remove the encroachment, well otherwise the administration will remove it. If the administration removes, then the cost of the resources brought for removing the encroachment will also be recovered from the concerned encroacher. Action will also be taken against those selling temple land.
