There, the products of spices, chillies, turmeric, coriander, pulses, oil and other ingredients are being prepared. Soon all these will be used in all Anganwadi centres, schools, ashrams and hostels. Women of village Chaitukhpri’s prosperity women mills are becoming financially self-sufficient due to this. Women are getting employment at the local level.
The women of self-help groups are now becoming self-reliant with their own economic activities. A direct example of which are the women of Samridhi Mahila Mill Industry of village Chaitukhpri of Dongargarh block of the district. They have a passion for manufacturing different products. The women of the group got loans through the scheme of the government and started various activities by setting up mill industries. Through which different types of products are being prepared by women. Apart from the state, the demand for these products is also coming from other states.

Collector Taran Prakash Sinha observed the works of the prosperity women’s mill industry in village Chaitukhpri. They were impressed by the content produced by women. He said that excellent work is being done by women in the direction of self-reliance. This is a good example for other group of women. Women from different groups should work inspired by this.
During this, he instructed to give a self-help group shed built in Gothan for the mill of the women of the group for operation. Along with this, instructions were given to set up packaging units for packaging of spices and other products.
Sell in ashrams and hostels
During the inspection, the Collector said that the spices produced here should be sold in all Anganwadi centres, schools, ashrams and hostels. For this, he coordinated the Education Department, Women and Child Development Department, Tribal Development Department and gave instructions for purchase.
All types of machines installed
Sunita Verma, a member of Samridhi Mahila Mill, told that the women of the village got together and started the mill. Started the work by taking loans with the help of the government and buying the machines by investing on his own. Dal Machine, Masala Unit, Flour Mill, Paddy Grinder, Oil Machine have been established. Through which the work of making pulses, grinding wheat, turmeric, chili, coriander, oil extraction is done. There are 20 women working in the mill industry. He told that the material made by him is being prepared of high quality. whose demand has increased. Till now he has set up his stall in Dongargarh, Raipur Science College Ground, Rajim Mela. Through which a large quantity of material has been sold.
