Ujjain (Naiduniya Representative). On Friday night, thieves stormed the Narsingh temple located at Narsingh Ghat. The miscreants entered the temple by breaking the mesh and tried to steal the donation box. However did not succeed. When the priest reached the temple on Saturday morning, the mesh was found broken. A complaint has been made to the Mahakal police in the matter.
Police said that there is a temple of Lord Narsingh at Narsingh Ghat situated on the banks of river Shipra. Tushar Dani, the priest of the temple, had reached the temple on Saturday morning to offer prayers. Where the temple’s mesh was found broken. Apart from this, an attempt was also made to break the donation box. On which information was given to Mahakal police. It is being told that the miscreants did not succeed in stealing the donation money kept in it by breaking the lock of the donation box. The police is on the lookout for the thieves.
There is a gathering of addicts
Devotees who come to visit the temple say that there is a gathering of drug addicts day and night in the Narsingh Ghat area. A lot of addicts roam around the temple. On whom the Mahakal police does not take any action. Some people sell ganja, smack and other intoxicants around Narsingh Ghat. It is suspected that drug addicts have carried out the crime.
