According to experts, women who have very high levels of anemia can compulsorily consume Mahua. Besides, women suffering from lack of breast milk should also consume Mahua compulsorily. The thing to note is that its nature is very hot, hence it should be consumed in limited quantity only.
You can consume it directly with milk in the quantity of 2.5 to 5 grams twice in the morning and evening or in the form of kheer, halwa and puri in the quantity of 10 to 25 grams. If it is consumed in large quantities, it may lead to other problems due to it being highly nutritious.
