Realizing the vision of Chief Justice of MP High Court Justice Ravi Malimath, two days training was given to the enrolled advocates of five years at ADR Center of District Court Raisen under the direction of MP State Judicial Academy, Jabalpur. Newly enrolled advocates play an important role in the delivery of justice. To motivate them to do quality work by giving them training and to offer sacrifices in justice. The program was e-launched by the Judge from Jabalpur. After this, Principal District and Sessions Judge Omkar Nath, District and Additional Sessions Judge Sharad Bhamkar, District and Additional Sessions Judge cum Secretary District Legal Services Authority Sangeeta Yadav, District and Additional Sessions Judge Begumganj Vivesh Shivhare, Bareilly’s Sudhanshu Saxena addressed important subjects of law. Such as the role of advocates in the delivery of justice, sensitivity in relation to weaker sections of the society, women, children, old people, differently abled, method of testing electronic, scientific evidence, rules of pleading and drafting etc. An interactive session of one to one and a half hours was also held on both the days. During which the advocates were motivated to ask more and more questions and solutions were also told to them. Certificates were distributed at the end of the training. Describing the training program as very useful, the advocates have requested to organize such events at regular intervals.
A meeting was held regarding the preparations for the National Lok Adalat
Raisen. To resolve the maximum number of motor accident claim cases in the National Lok Adalat, under the chairmanship of Principal District Judge and Chairman District Legal Services Authority Raisen Omkar Nath, on Monday, in the meeting hall of the District Court from 2 pm on the Tehsil Court, Gauharganj, Bareilly. A meeting was organized with the officers/advocates of Begumganj and Insurance Company, advocates of Clement. The National Lok Adalat will be held on March 12. Suggestions were invited to the officers and advocates present in the meeting regarding the problems being faced by the Lok Adalat. Members of the Motor Accident Claims Authority of Tehsil Begumganj, Gauharganj and Bareilly and the claimant advocates of the cases of the tehsils appeared through virtual medium and the insurance company’s advocate OP Srivastava in the district headquarters premises, Clement advocates Suresh Chandravanshi, Rajvendra Singh, pending claim cases in the headquarters. Thakur, Dharmendra Pratap Singh, Suman Gupta etc. Advocates were present. District Legal Services Authority secretary Sangeeta Yadav District Legal Aid Officer was also present in the meeting.
