New Delhi. If you keep a close watch on every small and big political activities of Uttar Pradesh, then it cannot happen that you have not heard the name of Mukhtar Abbas Ansari. Since Yogi Adityanath took over as the chief minister, properties worth more than 65 crores of Mukhtar have been confiscated. At the same time, properties worth more than 100 crores of his close ones have been confiscated so far. At present, Mukhtar is lodged in Banda Jail. But the process of confiscating his properties started by the Yogi government is still not taking its name to stop. Now it is reported that as per the instructions of the Ghazipur District Magistrate, Mukhtar’s benami property worth Rs 5 crore 10 lakh has been confiscated.
Along with this, under Section 14(1) of the Gangster Act, orders have been issued for attachment of commercial land in Mohalla Babedi, registered in the name of Anwar Shahzad and Sarjeel Raza, brother-in-law of IS 191 gang leader Mukhtar Ansari. According to this order, the above action has been taken against Mafia Mukhtar Ansari. On the other hand, the order to attach the land situated at Bebri has been given by the District Magistrate. At present its area is 0.3134 hectares and the market value is about 5 crore 10 lakhs. Now many actions have been taken by CM Yogi against the mafia. At the same time, after the attachment of the properties, the demolition of illegal properties worth 109 crores has also been done by the Yogi government.
However, still the hammer of the Yogi government has not stopped against Mukhtar. Even now, instructions have been given by the Yogi government to identify their illegal properties and attach them. Let us inform that even before sitting on the CM’s chair, CM Yogi had made it clear that no mafia would be averse to attaching the property. Keep in mind that Mukhtar Abbas Ansari is involved in many illegal activities. Regarding which the whole matter is now registered in the files of the police stations including the court. Now in such a situation, it has to be seen whether this whole matter takes any stand in the future.
