In such a situation, CM Yogi Adityanath has made a big announcement on Wednesday for the students making their career in the nursing field. Yogi government is going to give big relief to the nursing and paramedical people.
An action plan will soon be prepared for the revival of state government training institutes that have been closed for the last three decades in Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed top officials to work on infrastructure facilities for better training of ANMs and GNMs. Under which the Yogi government has made preparations to start 09 GNM Training Schools and 34 ANM Training Centers in the state initially. The CM said that the standards should be strictly followed in every institute. He said that full care should be taken to ensure that there are enough skilled faculty in medical institutions. He said that arrangements should be made for their training in medical colleges and district hospitals also.
Uttar Pradesh to become a bigger nursing hub than Kerala
The state will become the largest nursing hub in the most populous state of Uttar Pradesh after the operation of GNM training schools, ANM training centers and arrangements for their training in all the medical colleges and district hospitals of the state. At present, Kerala has the maximum number of nurses who are giving their service abroad, in such a situation, when UP has all the facilities, then UP will not only be able to provide employment in this sector, while the nurses of UP will also be seen in foreign countries. DGME Dr NC Prajapati told that nurses are needed to increase medical facilities. Any institution will be functional when there is sufficient human resource in it. The previous governments did not pay attention to this subject, but since the year 2017 when the Yogi government took over, there has been a lot of positive changes, facilities and facilities in the health facilities of UP.
Before 2017 only three places had B.Sc Nursing course
He told that before the year 2017, the course of B.Sc Nursing was only in three places KGMU, Saifai and Kanpur. But during the tenure of Yogi government, the course of B.Sc Nursing has started in 11 colleges. In which courses are going on in KGMU, PGI, RML, Saifai, Kanpur, Jhansi Gokhpur, Prayagraj, Agra, Kannauj and Greater Noida.
