Lucknow. Police has arrested a person named Sarfaraz from Bharatpur, Rajasthan for threatening to blow up UP CM Yogi Adityanath with a bomb. The cyber cell of UP Police had investigated this threat. According to the police, Sarfaraz had threatened the UP Police helpline 112 through WhatsApp. An FIR was registered in this matter at Sushant Golf City police station in Lucknow. In the past too many threats have been given to kill Yogi. According to the police, the number from which Yogi was threatened with a bomb is in the name of Shahid Khan.
The threat to kill Yogi was given on August 2. After which the work of investigation was given to the Cyber Cell and Surveillance Team of Lucknow Police, further tightening their security. According to the police, during the investigation it was found that Sarfaraz of Bharatpur had made this threat. According to Sushant Golf City police station, after receiving the threat, the police had formed several teams to arrest the accused. Police station in-charge Shailendra Giri had told that on the evening of August 2, a threat was made to blow up Yogi Adityanath on the WhatsApp number of UP 112.
Immediately after this, the police started taking action, the information about the threat of attack on Yogi was given to the top officers of the UP Police. After which a blueprint was prepared to arrest the accused on his instructions. Let us tell you that earlier a letter was found in an unclaimed bag in Lucknow. In that letter too Yogi was threatened with death. A case was registered in that case at Alambagh police station in Lucknow. This bag was found outside the house of a farmer leader. On April 2021 too, a case of threatening to kill Yogi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah came to light through an e-mail.
