Angered by not being invited to the meeting of SP MLAs, Praspa President Shivpal Singh Yadav is angry with Akhilesh Yadav these days. After this displeasure of Shivpal Singh, signs of major upheaval in politics have started showing. During this, there has also been a discussion about Shivpal Singh joining the BJP. Once again Shivpal Singh Yadav has indicated a big change in the politics of UP.
Uncle Shivpal has followed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and CM Yogi Adityanath on Twitter amid anger with nephew Akhilesh. Apart from this, Shivpal Singh Yadav has also followed Dr. Dinesh Sharma, former Deputy CM. Earlier Shivpal used to follow only PMO and CMO. After Shivpal suddenly followed the tweets of PM and CM, discussions have intensified in the political corridors about Praspa president joining BJP once again. However, there is no confirmation about this yet.
The reason for the resentment between Akhilesh and Shivpal
After the defeat in the UP assembly elections, the SP had called a meeting of the legislature party. In which Akhilesh was elected Leader of the Opposition. Shivpal Yadav, who had been camping in Lucknow hoping for two days, was not invited to the legislature party meeting. Shivpal Yadav had also expressed displeasure with this. Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party chief Shivpal Yadav was contested from Jaswantnagar seat on the SP’s election symbol. In such a situation, Shivpal Yadav had full hope that he would be called in the meeting of the legislature party.
Shivpal Yadav had said in a conversation with news agency ANI that he had been staying in Lucknow for two days when he got information that a meeting of the legislature party was to be held. Shivpal had said that, I have not been invited to the party meeting. I was waiting for two days, I canceled all my other programs to attend this meeting, but I was not called.
What did Keshav Prasad Maurya say?
Keshav Prasad Maurya had commented on Shivpal Yadav for joining the BJP. UP Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya had raised the suspense by saying that there is no such vacancy in BJP at present. Describing Shivpal’s meeting with CM Yogi as normal, he has said that any leader of the opposition can meet him. It is believed that BJP may have played this gamble to soften Shivpal’s conditions. The party will make any agreement with Shivpal keeping in mind its profit and loss.
