Yogi Adityanath Cabinet: After 35 years a government has been repeated in Uttar Pradesh. On March 25, Yogi Adityanath is going to take oath as CM for the second time in a row. However, till now the names of Deputy CM, Cabinet Ministers have not been decided. However, party sources say that in this, an effort will be made to fully handle the caste equations so that preparations for 2024 can be made firmly. During the election, all the opposition parties, including the SP, had accused the BJP of being anti-backward. Apart from this, there was talk of neglecting the Brahmins too. However, the BJP is making strong preparations to deal with such perceptions.
This is the reason why the BJP high command is considering giving three deputy CMs instead of two this time. The party believes that this will send a message to the major sections of the state that the task of giving them a share in the leadership has been done. Let us know, what is the preparation of BJP to handle these equations.
Preparation to cultivate Brahmins through Brajesh Pathak
In the last tenure, there were two deputy CMs, Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dinesh Sharma. The interesting thing in this is that even after losing the election from Sirathu assembly, Keshav Prasad Maurya can be made Deputy CM again. Apart from this, Dinesh Sharma’s leave can also be done. The reason for this is believed to be that he did not appear very active in the last term. Apart from this, the party’s credibility could not be strengthened very much even among the Brahmins. In such a situation, Brajesh Pathak can be made Deputy CM in his place. He has come after winning from Lucknow Cantt. Brajesh Pathak, who was in the BSP at one time, is very active among the Brahmins. Even during the elections, the party used Brajesh Pathak fiercely to woo the Brahmins.
BJP does not want to take risk by removing Keshav Maurya
BJP does not want to take any kind of risk regarding Keshav Prasad Maurya. BJP got a big victory in 2017 while being the state president of Keshav Prasad Maurya. Apart from this, he was also seen quite vocal as Deputy CM. Although there are speculations about his future after losing the elections, the party believes that he has emerged as a big OBC leader. In such a situation, the wrong message to remove them will be sent. This is the reason why BJP is considering retaining him only. He had to face defeat at the hands of Pallavi Patel in Sirathu seat.
Preparing to give more pain to Mayawati through Baby Rani Maurya
Now talking about Baby Rani Maurya, the BJP had got her resignation from the post of Governor of Uttarakhand just before the elections. After this, he was also fielded from Agra Rural seat, where he got a big victory. Ever since Baby Rani Maurya’s entry into electoral politics leaving the governor’s post, there were speculations that she could be made a part of the government. Actually she comes from Jatav fraternity, to which Mayawati belongs. Other fraternities of Dalits have been supporting the BJP well in many elections, but by promoting Maurya, the BJP is preparing to inflict another deep pain on Mayawati.
