Eat berries: Blood pressure patients are benefited by consuming berries rich in antioxidant properties. The anthocyanin antioxidant present in jamun increases the level of nitric oxide in the blood, which reduces blood pressure by eating it.
Amla controls blood pressure: Amla juice rich in medicinal properties is also effective in controlling blood pressure. Mixing 1 teaspoon of honey in one teaspoon of amla juice daily and consuming it in the morning and evening will be beneficial.
