Banana – four
Brown sugar – half cup
Flour – one and a half cup
Baking soda – half teaspoon
Baking powder – one teaspoon
Refined oil – half cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Nutmeg – a pinch
Cinnamon powder – 1/3 tsp
Chocolate chips – 2 tbsp
Cashew – 1 tbsp

To make this recipe, first of all, set your oven to 180 degrees. To make banana cake, first cut the banana and put it in the bowl and mix these two things by adding half a cup of brown sugar. After mixing the banana and sugar, then add half a cup of refined oil and a teaspoon of vanilla essence and stir it. For flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to it, it has a very strong taste, so add just a little and mix it again by adding one-third teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Now add flour to it, the dough will make it healthy, as well as add baking soda and baking powder. To make it tasty, add one tablespoon chocolate chips and one tablespoon cashew nuts to it. Now mix it and keep beating on one side, if you feel more happy, then add two to three tablespoons of milk to it. Keep stirring it until all this mixture is mixed, now our whole mixture is ready. Pour this prepared mixture into the bread mould. Pour the mixture into the mold and tape it lightly and put the remaining chocolate chips on top. Now our bread mixture is ready. Now put it in the oven and let it bake for 30 to 40 minutes. After the stipulated time, take out the banana bread from the oven and check it. To check, insert a toothpick into the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, then it means that our cake is ready (if the toothpick has a mixture, then bake it for another five minutes). Now take it out on a plate.
