In such a situation, if you are also reducing food, then definitely take liquid diets in its place because it keeps the body hydrated and also maintains the energy level in the body. We are telling you five special summer recipes-
Chocolate Banana Milkshake
Material-
2 bananas 1/4 cup chocolate
2 tsp chocolate syrup
2 cups milk 1 tsp
honey 4-6 almonds
2-4 cashew nuts
Method-
First take the grinder jar. Make a shake by adding chocolate, bananas, milk, chocolate syrup, almonds and cashews to it. Take out the shake in a glass and add honey to it. Chocolate Banana Milkshake is ready.
Coconut Milkshake
Material-
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 glass coconut water
1/4 glass milk
2 tbsp sugar
ice cubes as needed
Method-
To make Coconut Milk Shake, first put coconut, coconut water, milk and sugar in a blender jar and blend it well. Keep stirring it until a smooth paste is formed. Coconut milk shake is ready. Serve with ice cubes.
Thandai Rasmalai
Material-
2 cups milk
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom
2 tsp pistachios
2 tsp black pepper
3 liters of water
1 teaspoon fennel
2 tsp almonds
2 tsp watermelon seeds
1 tsp rose water
cup rose petal
for main dish
1 tsp flour
7 tablespoons vinegar
3 liters of water
4 cups sugar
Method-
Soak some almonds, pistachios and watermelon seeds in a bowl for 3-4 hours. After this put them in the mixer and make a paste. Roast cardamom, fennel and black pepper in a pan. After that grind them and make their powder. Boil milk in a vessel and add saffron and sugar to it. Let it cool down. Add all the dry fruits and ground spices to it. After that put rose petals in it. Thandai is ready. Keep it aside. Now to make Rasmalai, add vinegar to 4-5 cups of water. Add this vinegar to the milk and heat it till the milk becomes solid.
Put the chhena in a cloth and squeeze the water out of it. Keep it in a separate vessel. Add little flour to the chhena and knead it. After that make it round like rasgulla. After this, boil sugar in water and make sera. Put the rasmalai in the syrup and boil it for 5-10 minutes. Squeeze it and take out the extra sera and serve it by pouring thandai over it.
Almond & Banana Shake
Material –
(for 1 glass)
4-6 almonds
a banana
1 cup milk
Method-
First of all, take out the peel of the banana and cut it into two parts. Now pouring it in the juicer jar, add almonds and milk on top. Now run the juicer for about 5 minutes so that it can become a smooth smoothie. Now you can consume this smoothie by taking it out in a glass.
paan thandai
Material-
2 betel leaves
half cup pistachios
4-5 green cardamoms
2 tbsp fennel
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
Method-
In a mixer jar, add betel leaves, fennel, pistachios, cardamom, sugar and cup milk and grind them well. Now add the remaining milk and grind it once again in a blender. If you want, you can also strain the thandai to remove the fennel peel. By the way, I like to serve Thandai without filtering it. Delicious Paan Thandai is now ready. Pour it in a glass and serve with ice and drink it yourself.
