To make soft Mawa Peda, first of all, Mawa has to be roasted well. If you are making mawa at home then you can use full cream milk. To fry the mawa, grate it well, then put it in the pan and keep stirring continuously. If you do not stir the mawa then it can burn. So fry it on low flame till it gets cooked. Cool it after roasting. Till then peel and grind the cardamom. If you have cardamom then you can grind them. Simultaneously chop almonds and pistachios finely. Now add cardamom and tagar to the mawa. Now mix it well. If you have a mold to make pedas, then make them by putting them in it, otherwise you can make it by hand. To make with hands, rub some ghee on the palms. Then make the peda round and flat. Now place the almond and pistachio on top of the peda and press it lightly. Tasty pedas are ready. You can serve them.
