Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s proposal was accepted by the United Nations General Assembly and within three months the International Yoga Day was announced. On this Yoga Day, more than 35 thousand people performed yoga on Rajpath in Delhi, in which representatives of 84 countries were involved.
