Ingredients for making Cashew Malpua-
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cashew flour
2 cups milk
ghee as needed
1/2 cup semolina
1/4 tbsp ground green cardamom
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Method to make Cashew Malpua-
In a large bowl add all purpose flour, semolina, sugar, cashew flour and ground cardamom powder. Mix it well. Add milk to the batter and mix well to make a lump-free batter. You can add a little more milk to adjust the consistency of the batter. Heat a little desi ghee in a pan for frying. Now pour a spoonful of batter in the center of the hot oil. It will go round on its own in hot oil. Fry the malpuas till they turn golden from both the sides. You can serve the malpuas as is or dip them in sugar syrup if you want to make them sweeter.
