Method to make Beetroot Halwa-
To make beetroot pudding, first you have to put a spoonful of desi ghee in a pan. After this, grated (grated) beetroot is to be roasted in ghee. You don’t have to fry it too much. After frying for two minutes, add a glass of milk to it. Burn the milk and add jaggery to it. When the jaggery dissolves, then add grated coconut to it. Now mix it well. Fry for a minute.
