To make it, you need mix lentils, boiled potatoes, onion, paneer, green chili, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, chaat masala, oil and green coriander.

If you already have mixed lentils in your house, then it is fine, otherwise you can take a handful of each dal and mix them all together. Then soak it overnight. Now wake up in the morning and grind it in a mixer. Grind it well so that no lumps remain. Then take it out in a vessel, add salt and keep it covered for some time. You can prepare the potato stuffing as long as you want. To prepare the potato stuffing, heat oil in a pan. Then add all the finely chopped green chilies to it and then add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder to it. Add little water. (If the oil is too hot, then smoke rises at once, so be careful) Now add mashed potatoes to the spices. Mix well in spices. Now add garam masala and amchur powder and mix it well.
