Mint Chicken is the most liked dish in summers because it is cooked in mint gravy and it helps in digestion. On the other hand, if you add some mint leaves while making non-veg, it not only enhances the taste of the dish, but also makes this dish good in terms of health.
Ingredients to make Mint Chicken Tikka-
700 grams chicken boneless
6 Tbsp crushed mint to paste
2 tablespoons melted butter
salt as required
for marination
2 eggs
6 tbsp cheese spread
1 1/2 tsp garlic paste
4 tbsp lemon juice
6 tbsp crushed cashew nuts to paste
1 1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
1 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
How to make Mint Chicken Tikka –
To begin making this delicious recipe, first wash the boneless chicken pieces and let them dry for some time. Take a bowl on the other side and add ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt to it. Mix it well. Now apply this mixture carefully on the chicken pieces. Let it marinate for some time. Then, add white pepper powder, green cardamom powder, cashew paste, cheese spread, mint paste and beaten eggs over the chicken pieces. Let it marinate for about 3-4 hours.
Take care not to crush the chicken pieces. Now put these chicken pieces on the skewer and fry them well in the tandoor. You can apply some melted butter to them. Once it is cooked, remove the pieces of tikka. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or chutney of your choice.
