Cheese Potato
Everyone likes potatoes, but instead of making normal potato curry, you can also give it a twist and make your mother happy.
recipe –
First, wash the potatoes thoroughly and pierce them with the help of a fork. Now apply a little butter on the potatoes and sprinkle salt and then bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degree celsius for about an hour. After baking, leave them to cool.
Now in a mixing bowl add grated cheddar cheese, soft cream cheese, roasted onion, mixed herbs and finely chopped garlic and mix. Add chili flakes, salt and pepper to it and keep this prepared mixture aside.
Now cut the baked potato in half and take out its pulp and hollow it out. Now fill the stuffing in the empty space and bake again till the cheese melts. Your hot cheesy potatoes are ready.
smoothie or shake
Take whatever fruit your mother likes (take care that it does not harm with milk). Put the fruit in a blender and add milk to it. Now add sugar as per taste and stir well. Now put ice cubes in a glass and serve after garnishing with dry fruits and fruit slices.
Paneer Tikka
Cut the paneer into cubes and marinate it. For marination, take curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, mustard oil, red chili.
In this mixture, marinate the paneer cubes well. Along with paneer, cut onion and capsicum into big pieces and marinate them too.
Now thread the three things alternately on a wooden chain. Now set the charcoal grill and heat it and apply the sieve. Once grilled, take out the paneer tikka and mix it with lemon juice in a bowl. Now serve them with green chutney.
