Ingredients for making Makhane Potato Vegetable-
2 potatoes (chopped) 1 cup Makhane
1 green chili (finely chopped)
coriander leaves
2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp red chili powder
2 onions (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp cumin 1 dry red chili
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 to 11/2 cups water
salt to taste

Method to make Makhane Aloo Sabzi –
First of all take a pan. Now put Makhane in it and roast it. Take care that the makhana should be crisp, but do not get burnt. Take it out and keep it aside. Now heat oil in the same pan. Add cumin and dry chili to it. Now add onions to it. Now add green chilies. When the onion turns golden brown, add tomatoes and cook it well. Now add potatoes and mix it. Cover and cook the potatoes for 6-7 minutes. Now add coriander, turmeric, red chili powder and salt and mix it well. Fry it well too. When everything is fried well, add makhana and cook it. Now add water and cook it. Add garam masala and coriander leaves and mix. Makhana potato curry is ready.
