Paneer – 100 grams
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
-Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
-Tomato Sauce – 1 tsp
-Soy Sauce – 1/4 tsp
-Oil
Salt – as per taste
How to make Ginger Garlic Paneer –
To make Ginger Garlic Paneer, first cut small pieces of paneer. Now put tomato sauce, soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste in a vessel and mix everything well and add red chili powder, garam masala and salt as per taste. Now put the pieces of chopped cheese in this prepared mixture, after mixing it well, keep it aside for half an hour. Now put oil in a pan on low heat to heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add the pieces of paneer dipped in spices and deep fry it. When the color of the paneer turns golden, take out all the paneer pieces in a plate.
