Ingredients for making Kesar Kulfi-
-Hot milk – 1 tbsp
-saffron strands
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
-Full fat milk – 4 cups
-sugar – 5 tbsp
Cardamom powder- tsp
How to make Kesar Kulfi –
To make Kesar Kulfi, first mix warm milk and saffron well and keep aside. Now mix 2 tbsp water and cornflour in a bowl and keep it aside.
After this, heat milk in a non stick pan and boil it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. While boiling the milk, stir it occasionally. So that the milk does not get burnt by putting it in the vessel. After this add sugar and cornflour-water and mix well.
Now cook it on low flame for 25 minutes and stir it in between. After turning off the gas, let the mixture cool down. Add cardamom powder and saffron-milk mixture and mix well. Pour this mixture into the mold and keep it in the fridge. Your delicious Kulfi is ready, serve it immediately after taking it out of the mould.
