Delhi Nursery KG Pre Primary First Class Admission 2022 : The race for admission has started after the first computerized draw on the seats of entry level classes in the academic session 2022-23 in private schools of Delhi. Schools cannot deny admission to the selected candidates for non-disclosure of any one of the guardian’s information in the online application form. If there is some variation in the document regarding one or two letters in someone’s name, then the school will not refuse admission because of that also. Also, if the selected candidate does not have Aadhar, then he will not be denied admission.
Regarding admission, Yogesh Pal Singh, Deputy Director of Education, Private School Branch of Directorate of Education has issued guidelines. A circular has also been issued regarding this. As per the circular, the list of selected candidates in the draw will be displayed outside the school. Also, there are instructions to set up a help desk in the school premises. Admission will be held in the schools till 1 pm on May 30 for Pre School/Nursery, Pre-Primary/KG and Class I, Economically Backward Classes (EWS)/Deprived Classes (DG) and Children with Special Needs (CWSN) category seats. For the convenience of parents, helpline numbers 8800355192 and 9818154069 have been issued. Parents will be able to collect information on working days from 10 am to 5 pm. At the same time, you can also register your complaint on the portal. This time a total of 178618 applications have been received by the Directorate regarding admission. At the same time, there was a draw for about 44000 seats.
It has been said in the circular that the head of private schools should not send the parents to the department to rectify the errors related to the online application unnecessarily. They should take a decision based on the reality of the specific case and not deny admission. Enroll children in school as soon as possible. So that they can start their academic session.
Schools will not charge tuition fee: The schools will not charge any tuition fee from the selected candidates. Also, uniforms, books and stationery will be provided free of cost to the candidates. Schools have been advised to conduct introductory sessions for parents. There are instructions to be careful regarding the verification of admission documents. Certificate of annual income less than one lakh is valid for admission in EWS category.
Whether it is in the name of the mother, father or guardian of the child. Schools will not ask for income certificates from BPL, AAY and food security card holders and DG category people issued by the Food Department. Verification of documents from a gazetted officer is not necessary. Self-attested documents are also valid.
