– betel leaves – 10
Gulkand – 4 tbsp
Honey – 2 tbsp
Cold milk – 4 cups
-Almonds – 7-8
-Pistachio – 7-8
Ice cubes – 1/2 cup
How to make Gulkand Shake-
To make Gulkand Shake, first break the stalks of betel leaves, after washing them thoroughly, put them in a mixer and make a paste and keep them in a bowl. After this, finely chop the almonds and pistachios and keep them aside in a bowl. Now take a paste of betel leaves and mix 4 cups of cold milk in it and mix it well. Add gulkand, honey and finely chopped almonds and pistachios to this milk and mix it well. While serving Gulkand Shake, ice cubes can also be added to it.
