Cut the dried bhindi in the middle as well as cut it from the top and bottom. Now mix all the spices according to taste in a bowl and add a little water to it. Make a paste by mixing water. Now open the bhindi cut from the middle lightly with one hand and fill the spice paste in it. Fill all the bhindi in the same way. Now heat mustard oil in a pan and then put all the bhindi in hot oil and stir well. Let them cook on low flame without covering. Bhindi will be cooked in 12 to 15 minutes, stir well, if the spices were left in the bowl, then add that too and mix it well. Now bhindi is ready to serve.
