Gopalganj. After the arrest of two henchmen of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who is lodged in Tihar Jail, in Gopalganj, police investigation has revealed a connection with Jharkhand gangster Aman Sahu. It has come to light that there was a conversation between the two gangs from a Pakistani number. After IB, ATS and Bihar STF, now the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrived for investigation. The team of NIA and ATS has started investigating the entire case along with the local police.
Police investigation has revealed that the four Austrian made pistols seized belonged to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, but now Mayank Singh, who works for Jharkhand gangster Aman Sahu, has sent a message to the police saying that all the four foreign pistols made in Austria belong to gangster Aman Sahu. He has said that Kamal Rao, a resident of Kesharpura of Banglish Wash police station of Ajmer district of Rajasthan, who was arrested in Gopalganj, is his man. It has not been revealed who is Mayank Singh working for gangster Aman Sahu.
Let us tell you that Gopalganj police had arrested two criminals with four foreign pistols manufactured in Austria from a Nagaland bus near UP-Bihar’s Balthari checkpost on July 22. Among them, Kamal Rao of Ajmer district of Rajasthan and Santanu Shivam, a resident of Bowari village of Gai Ghat police station of Muzaffarpur, had told the police during interrogation that they work for gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who is lodged in Tihar Jail. Both of them had also done recce earlier to carry out a major incident in Motihari and Muzaffarpur.
They entered Bihar via UP to carry out the crime, but the police arrested both of them and after interrogation, registered an FIR and sent them to Chanawe jail under tight security. IB and Bihar STF were investigating the case. When the name of gangster Aman Sahu, who is lodged in Jharkhand jail, came up in the investigation, Bihar STF and NIA also reached for investigation. Security agencies have started investigating thoroughly about the recovered weapons and the arrested criminals.
Who is gangster Aman Sahu
Jharkhand gangster Aman Sahu carries out his horrific plans while staying in jail. More than 50 cases are registered against him. Sahu targets the owners of coal mining companies and demands extortion from them. Aman Sahu’s network is spread across many districts of Jharkhand like Dhanbad, Ranchi, Ramgarh, Chatra, Hazaribagh, Palamu, Latehar, Bokaro. Recently, NIA has raided his hideouts. He had threatened to murder a jail superintendent of Jharkhand, after which he was shifted to Chaibasa jail two days ago.
Raid in Rajasthan and Muzaffarpur
Bihar STF and local police are jointly conducting raids in Rajasthan and Muzaffarpur. Continuous raids are being conducted at the hideouts of the henchmen working for the gangsters. SP Swarn Prabhat is monitoring the action. SP says that the police team is conducting raids to arrest the henchmen involved in the gang. Some people have also been picked up, who are being questioned. On the other hand, NIA and STF are engaged in investigation and action in a confidential manner. Police and security agencies are keeping an eye on every activity of the people associated with the gang.
