Jaipur. Rajya Sabha MP Madan Rathod will be the new president of Rajasthan BJP. Rajasthan BJP has also got new in-charges. Rajya Sabha MP Radha Mohan Das Aggarwal has been made the in-charge of Rajasthan BJP. Earlier, BJP state president CP Joshi had offered to resign from his post on Thursday. Not only this, Joshi was camping in Delhi for the last four days, since then speculations of change in leadership in the state started.

Madan Rathore has been an MLA from Sumerpur assembly seat of Pali district twice. Madan Rathore, who comes from OBC category, was made the government deputy chief whip in the previous BJP government. He was demanding a ticket in the 2023 assembly elections but he was not given the ticket, after which he got angry and filed an independent nomination. However, after persuasion, he withdrew the nomination. Madan Rathore has been associated with RSS. He was born in Raipur of Pali district. Talking about education, he has graduated from Rajasthan University. Now he is the new president of Rajasthan BJP.

The first challenge before Rathore is the by-elections to be held in the state. The second is to create coordination between the government and the organization. Madan Rathore belongs to the Ganchi caste. Rathore is considered close to PM Modi. The party has sent Rathore to the Rajya Sabha this year itself. He also has a long experience of organization in BJP.
