To make the chutney, take 1-2 raw mangoes, 1 small onion, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 3 whole red chillies, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, some green coriander, black salt and white salt.

Method to make raw mango chutney (how to make raw mango chutney)

  • To prepare raw mango chutney, wash and clean the mangoes, peel them and cut them into pieces.

  • Now take a grinder and put the mango pieces and all the other spices like garlic, chilli, green coriander, onion, cumin seeds, and salt in it.

  • Now add 3-4 spoons of water to it and grind the mango chutney into a very fine paste. You can also grind it a little coarsely.

  • While grinding the chutney, open the jar once and mix the chutney well.

  • Now fill the chutney in an airtight glass container and store it in the fridge.

  • Whenever you feel like it, enjoy the spicy raw mango chutney with food or with any paratha.

  • If kept in the refrigerator, this chutney will not spoil for about 1 week and will enhance the taste of your food.
