Indigo also expressed trouble

Please contact us only if your travel is within 24 hours. The airline said that during this time booking, check-in, access to your boarding pass and some flights may be affected. We appreciate your patience. The airline said that this system outage has had a global impact and we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Air India expressed regret

Tata Group airline Air India also said that the current Microsoft outage has temporarily affected our digital systems, causing delays. We regret the inconvenience caused and request our guests to plan their travel accordingly.

Vistara also expressed its inability

Domestic airline Vistara also said in its important update that due to a global outage from our service provider, we are facing technical challenges in various aspects of our operations. We are working with them to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We regret any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience.

Akasa Air Travel Update

Air Akasa, the country’s newest airline, also issued a travel update, saying that due to infrastructure problems with our service provider, some of our online services, including booking, check-in and booking management services, will be temporarily unavailable. We are currently following manual check-in and boarding processes at airports.
