  • 1 cup makhana
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup roasted chickpeas
  • 8 dried dates
  • 1/4 cup Mishri
  • 1 tsp dry ginger powder

Method to make Dry Fruits Powder:

step 1- First of all, put the makhana in a pan and dry roast it. If you want, you can use 1 teaspoon of melted ghee in it. When the makhana becomes completely crispy, take them out in a bowl.

Step 2- Now roast almonds and poppy seeds well in a pan and after some time add roasted gram and dried dates. Remove the seeds from the dates and roast all the ingredients for 2 minutes.

Step 3- Let everything cool down a bit and then put it in a mixer jar and grind it for 30 seconds. Open the mixer jar and add sugar candy and dry ginger. Grind and mix everything again.

Step 4- Grind all the ingredients to make a coarse powder. Take out the prepared dry fruit powder in a plate. Store this powder in an airtight jar.
