Jaipur. Monsoon has become active again in Rajasthan. Many areas including Kota, Bundi and Bikaner received good rainfall on Saturday. The Meteorological Department has predicted an increase in rainfall activity from today for the next three days. During this period, heavy to very heavy rainfall may occur in some areas of the state. IMD has warned of heavy rainfall at some places and heavy rainfall at one or two places in Kota, Udaipur, Ajmer, Jaipur and Bharatpur divisions during this period.

According to the Meteorological Department, the monsoon trough line is located south of its normal position. It is passing through Ajmer and Jaisalmer. Due to the effect of this system, rain activities will increase in some areas of eastern Rajasthan in the coming days. There are chances of good rain in eastern Rajasthan from 21 to 23 July. On Saturday, light to moderate rain was recorded at many places in the state. Till 2 pm on Saturday, the highest rainfall of 66 mm was recorded in Pipalda of Kota.

Heavy rain warning in Bhilwara and Rajsamand districts
The weather department has predicted rain in entire Rajasthan today. Heavy rain warning has been issued in Bhilwara and Rajsamand districts. During this time, strong winds can blow at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour in some areas. The temperature in rainy areas remains normal. Whereas in western Rajasthan, the mercury is rising due to lack of rain. Sri Ganganagar was the hottest city in this area on Saturday. The temperature there was recorded at 42.3 degrees Celsius.

A woman along with three children got scorched due to a celestial fall in Munderi village of Jhalawar. They have been admitted to the district hospital.
