Noida Authority’s campaign to remove illegal construction continues, bulldozer roared in Sector 45

New Delhi. On Friday morning, the Noida Authority team conducted a campaign in Sector-45 and freed about 3000 square meters of land from illegal occupation. This step was part of the authority’s campaign. Which has been going on for several days. According to the information, since 2020, the Noida Authority has freed land worth about Rs 2,000 crore from illegal encroachment. The land mafia was constructing a boundary wall around this land to capture it. This land is included in the Authority’s Master Plan 2031 and comes under the residential category.

An authority official said that the concerned land located in Sector-44’s Sadarpur village is notified and belongs to the authority. This land was surrounded by land mafia with a boundary wall and gate. On receiving information about illegal occupation, the authority first issued a notice and demanded immediate removal of the encroachment. When the land mafia did not agree, the authority arrived on Friday morning with a team of 50 people and a bulldozer. Before the encroachers could react, the authority occupied the land and demolished the boundary wall and gate.

Similar action was taken in June too

For your information, let us tell you that the value of this encroachment-free land is estimated to be around 15 crore rupees. Earlier in June, similar action was taken by Noida Authority, even then the Noida Authority’s bulldozer roared over the illegal encroachment. Once again similar action has been taken.
